What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-moving partnership that supports people in creating meaningful change in their lives.

Rather than giving advice or fixing someone, coaching creates a space to explore patterns, challenges, goals, and possibilities in a supportive and intentional way.

In our sessions, we create a relational space based on bringing awareness to where you are and where you want to be, and where you can explore your present and future with curiosity and empowerment rather than judgment.

What is Embodiment Coaching?

Embodiment coaching is an approach that extends beyond traditional talk-based methods by including the body as part of the coaching process. Along with thoughts and emotions, we pay attention to physical sensations, nervous system responses, posture, breath, and body awareness as sources of insight and information.

Many of us spend much of our lives in our heads—overthinking, analyzing, or disconnected from how we actually feel. Embodiment coaching helps reconnect the mind and body so that change is not only understood intellectually, but experienced more fully and integrated into everyday life.

Sessions may include mindfulness, somatic awareness, grounding practices, reflection, and relational tools that support a deeper connection with yourself and others.
